4. Manual Exposure (M) In this mode, you set the shutter speed and the aperture setting for total exposure control. The shutter speed and aperture combination you set is metered on the exposure level scale so you can see whether the resulting exposure is suitable. Set the shutter speed with the Main Dial and set the aperture setting with the Quick Control Dial. 1 Set the Command Dial to M. M EC 10 JJJ 2 Set the Quick Control Dial switch to I. Look at the viewfinder or the LCD panel and turn the Main Dial to set the desired shutter speed and turn the Quick Control Dial to set the desired aperture. OO 56
