The Admin or Power User can chose another folder for the Preset in use on a temporary basis. This is indicated by the "*" after the Preset name "Color Graphics *". Temporary changes are lost if another function is selected or the program times out. 2. If the Preset created by the Admin or Power User has a defined scan folder (I.E. The Scan folder has been chosen in the Preset->Setting->File settings). 3. The Default scan folder defined here in Settings - Program Preferences. 4. If the assigned scan folder is not available at the time of scan, the software will automatically use the current user's Pictures folder on the local PC.
