Once you have created the Admin User (Gold color), add other users as required up to a maximum of 20 users, choosing whether they are a Power User (Silver color) or a User (Bronze color). Define a unique Username and Password for each user. Login Details In the following example, there is 1 x Administrator, 2 x Power Users and 2 x Users with single character Username and single digit Passwords. It shows the users will be required to enter both their username and password to operate the software.
