Configuring Corporate Directories
The Directories button on the Cisco Unified IP Video Phone 7985G gives users
access to Corporate directory, which allows a user to look up phone numbers for
coworkers.
Cisco Unified CallManager uses a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol
(LDAP) directory to store authentication and authorization information about
users of Cisco Unified CallManager applications that interface with Cisco Unified
Music on hold
