Bell Noise This apparatus does not incorporate circuitry to suppress bell-tinkle during dialing. It has been found that when used with some electronic ring type telephones and on two wire circuits that bell tinkle will occur during dialing. Xircom cannot guarantee that this modem will operate correctly under all possible
conditions when connected to compatible PABX equipment. Any cases of difficulty should
be reported directly to Xircom.
This modem may not be connected to PABX systems which do not have a BT431A
