3. When brewing process is complete, stir in the chocolate syrup and some of the steamed milk, then top with a small amount of foam and then with the whipped cream and chocolate or cocoa before serving. 4. Serve immediately. Iced Cappuccino 2. Using the lever, open the brew head, insert one capsule and close the brew head. Press the button for double espresso. 3. When the brewing process is complete, place a new capsule in the brew head and press the button again for a double espresso. Stir in milk and sugar to dissolve and cool to at least room temperature.
