DSP surround simulation 1 Select the surround mode for the input channel. The 6.1 and 7.1 Surround parameter can be operated directly using the buttons on the main unit's panel. (Main unit) 4 SURROUND PARAMETER MENU/GUIDE To end the setting mode, press the surround parameter button again. NOTES: • When "Default" is selected and the cursor button is pressed, "CINEMA EQ." and "D.COMP." are automatically turned off, "ROOM SIZE" is set to "medium", "EFFECT LEVEL" to "10" and "DELAY TIME" to "30ms". • The "ROOM SIZE" expresses the expansion effect for the different surround modes in terms of the size of the sound field, not the actual size of the listening room. 54
