If you intend to mount your TV on a wall or other vertical surface, you must remove the stand column. Warning: Before attampting assembly or removal of the stand, unplug the AC power cord. To install the stand: 1 Remove the stand from the box and place it on a table or bench. 2 Lay the TV (screen down) on the edge of the table or bench. Make sure that you put a soft cloth or cushion between the table or bench and the TV.
