Make sure you use a double-shielded, twisted-pair interface cable no more than six feet in length. Printout problems

Make sure you use a double-shielded, twisted-pair interface cable
no more than six feet in length.
If the printer still does not print correctly, contact your dealer or
a qualified service person.
Make sure you are using the correct page length, margin settings
and offset settings in your software program.
