Using Hands-free Features 1. On the Menu page, touch . 2. Touch Voice Dial. 3. Speak the contact name. NOTE: You may need to "train" your mobile phone to recognize your voice commands. Refer to your phone's documentation. Using SMS/Text Messaging If your phone supports SMS/text messaging using Bluetooth technology, you can send and receive text messages on the nüvi. Getting a Text Message When you get a text message, the Incoming Text window opens. Touch Listen to play the text message, Review to open your inbox, or Ignore to close the window. Sending a Text Message 1. On the Menu page, touch . 2. Touch Text Message. 24 3. Touch Compose. 4. Select an option to select the text message recipient. 5. Enter the message, and touch Done.
