Possible Causes A fuse in your home may be blown or the circuit breaker tripped. Burner parts not replaced correctly. What To Do • Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. • See the Care and cleaning of the range section. Gas/Control Lockout or Control Lockout feature is activated • If LOC ON appears in the display, the range control is locked. Turn this feature off to use the range. See the Gas/Control Lockout or Control Lockout section. Food does not broil properly in the upper oven Oven controls improperly set. Oven door not closed. Improper rack position being used. Food being cooked in a hot pan. Cookware not suited for broiling. Oven bottom not securely seated in position. • Make sure you touch the Broil Hi/Lo pad. • See the Using the upper oven section. • See the Broiling Guide. • For best results, use a pan designed for broiling.
