Messages 109 Deleting several conversations 1. On the All messages screen, press MENU , and then tap Delete. 2. Select the conversation threads you want to delete. 3. Tap Delete. Any locked messages will not be deleted. Setting message options On the All messages screen, press MENU and then tap Settings. You'll find several groups of settings. Received messages Received notification Play notification sound Notification sound Vibrate Receive a notification in the status bar when a new message arrives. Set your phone to play a sound when a new message arrives. Choose a sound that will play when you receive a message. Set your phone to vibrate when a new message arrives. Sent messages Sent notification Failure notification Receive a notification in the status bar when a message is sent successfully. Receive a notification in the status bar when a message is not sent successfully.
