144 Exchanging Messages To set up Outlook Email 1. On the Select Account screen, tap Outlook Setup. 2. To send and receive personal email on your phone: Check if the synchronization software has been installed on your computer and a synchronization partnership has been created with your phone. If these have been done, then just connect your phone to your computer to send and receive Outlook email messages. If you have not yet installed the synchronization software nor created a partnership, please do so by following the procedures in Chapter 5. 3. To set up your company email account on your phone: Set up your phone to synchronize via a wireless network or over-the-air connection with your company's Exchange Server. For more information about synchronizing with the Exchange Server, see Chapter 7. Using your email accounts There are two places where you can easily access and use your email accounts: • Home screen's Mail tab Press the HOME button to return to the Home screen, and then slide to the Mail tab. The email accounts that you added are displayed as small mail icons on the right side of the screen. Simply tap an email account that you want to use, or slide your finger up or down until you have selected the desired account. See "Mail" in Chapter 3 for details. • Messaging Tap Start > E-mail. You will then see your email accounts in Windows Mobile Messaging's Account Picker screen.

To send and receive personal email on your phone:
Check if the synchronization software has been installed on your computer 
and a synchronization partnership has been created with your phone. If these 
have been done, then just connect your phone to your computer to send and 
receive Outlook email messages.
If you have not yet installed the synchronization software nor created a 
partnership, please do so by following the procedures in Chapter 5.
To set up your company email account on your phone:
Set up your phone to synchronize via a wireless network or over-the-air 
connection with your company’s Exchange Server. For more information 
about synchronizing with the Exchange Server, see Chapter 7.
Using your email accounts
