What should I do if the device hangs or is operating slowly? • You can try restarting your device or free up memory on the device. • Try uninstalling extra plug-ins from the device to eliminate any functional instability that they may cause. • After backing up your data and files, tap Start > Settings > All Settings > System tab > Clear Storage to restore the device to its factory default settings. If your device hanged and you are unable to enter Windows Mobile, perform a hard reset. For more information about hard reset, refer to the "Managing Your Device" chapter in the User Manual PDF. Q. The device's standby time seems to be decreasing. • Standby time may differ, depending on how you use your device.
