Set Temperature Knob to desired temperature. 3. Set Function Knob to BAKE or BAKE/TOAST. 4. To set Timer properly, always rotate past the 10 minute mark and then rotate back to desired time. Let oven preheat for five minutes before beginning to bake food. 5. Place food to be baked into oven. 6. Set Timer to desired time or Stay On. If you are baking less than 10 minutes, rotate Timer past 10 minutes then back to your desired baking time. 7. When finished, turn OFF. Unplug from outlet. Warming and Reheating Tips • Do not completely enclose foods in aluminum foil. Foil can insulate foods and slow down heating. • To reheat rolls or biscuits, place on baking pan and heat at 300ºF (150ºC) for 10 minutes. Baking Tips • The convection method (available on select models) cooks up to one-third faster than traditional baking. When first using, check to determine if time or temperature should be adjusted. • Cooking time will vary considerably depending on the density of food.
