Boiling Chart with or without Multicooker Food Basket Bring water to a boil before cooking unless otherwise instructed. FOOD BATCH SIZE Fresh Broccoli or Cauliflower 2 lb / 900 g Fresh Corn on the Cob 9-11 ears (standing, using basket) Fresh Corn on the Cob 16-18 ears (standing, using boiling rack) Potatoes 3.5 lb / 1.575 kg Hot Dogs 16 Eggs (do not bring water to boil before cooking) 24 Frozen Vegetables 2 lb / 900 g NOTE: Temperature should always be set to MAX or 375ºF (190ºC) for Boiling.
