Solution One or more of the HP Instant Share destinations does not belong to the registered user of the device. ➔ Make sure the camera and HP all-in-one are registered under the same HP Passport account. Memory card error Solution The memory card might be defective. 1 Remove the memory card from the HP all-in-one, and then reinsert the card. 2 If this does not work, shut down and restart your HP all-in-one. 3 If this does not work, reformat the memory card.
