CIM_ConfigurationData : CIM_SettingData
This class retrieves and restores the current switch configuration image. The configuration image includes
the local zoning database and all switch configuration settings. A configuration is uploaded to the switch
by creating a new instance of
CIM_ConfigurationData
.
There is always at least one instance of the
CIM_ConfigurationData
class that represents the current
switch configuration. If a client has uploaded a new configuration to be applied, then both the current and
the new configuration is modeled, however only the current configuration is associated with the FCSwitch
element. When the new configuration is applied, it is longer modeled as a separate object from the current
configuration.
