This HP Print Cartridge is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for cartridge life (which is indicated by a product control panel cartridge end of life message). HP will, at HP's option, either replace products which prove to be defective or refund your purchase price. The warranty does not cover cartridges which have been refilled, are emptied, abused, misused, or tampered with in any way. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, and country/region to country/region. To the extent allowed by applicable law, in no event shall HewlettPackard Company be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive, or exemplary damages or lost profits from any breach of this warranty or otherwise.
