2. Select an appropriate quickset for your copy job. Any quickset can be modified by tapping . 3. You can select the number of copies, the page order (first or last page on top), and whether you want collation. The right-hand side of the screen shows a representation of how the job will be printed (depending on the number of copies, collation, order, and the output device). 4. You can change the copy mode by tapping , then Choose copy mode. The copy mode allows you to choose between two ways of printing copy jobs: ● Send copy job directly to print queue while scanning - Print the copy job while scanning the pages (depends on output destination and printing preferences). - The copy job takes priority over other jobs in the queue. - The option of deleting pages of the copy job is not available. - The input length is always automatic: you cannot set a manual value. - If you want to print an urgent job interrupting the job currently being printed, select Allow copy to interrupt current print job.
