Managing Storage Arrays For more specific information about the Logical and Physical Views and the Components Button, see the Array Management Window Help. Menu Description Storage Array The Storage Array menu contains options to perform Storage Array management operations such as monitoring performance, changing cache settings, starting Recovery Guru, or viewing detailed profile information about the Storage Array. Configure The Configure menu contains options to configure the logical components of a Storage Array (volumes, volume groups, and storage partitions) from the physical capacity. There is also an option to change the order of the trays in the Physical View to match the actual layout of the physical components. Volume Group The Volume Group menu contains options to perform volume group storage management operations such as changing RAID level, changing controller ownership, or capacity expansion. Volume The Volume menu contains options to perform volume storage management operations such as changing segment size, initializing a volume, or viewing and setting volume properties. Menu
Description
Storage Array
The Storage Array menu contains options to perform Storage Array management
operations such as monitoring performance, changing cache settings, starting Recovery
