MAIN MENU, CONTINUED Day/Night This feature is useful when want to lighten a dark image. At this mode, video signal increase the gain by 8dB. 1. Position the cursor at Day/Night and press the eft or right button to enter the Night mode or Day mode. 2. Pressing the right button again, the mode enter to the Auto mode. When set to Auto, the Day/Night function is activated automatically according to the luminance level of video signal. • If the background has normal illumination, the Day/Night function does not activate even if Day/Night mode is set to Auto. • If the background is dark, the Day/Night function enters Night mode automatically if the mode is set to Auto. • B/W video signal is output when Day/Night mode is set to Night and in low illumination conditions when Day/Night mode is set to Auto. This feature is useful when want to lighten a dark image.
At this mode, video signal increase the gain by 8dB.
1.
Position the cursor at Day/Night and press the eft or right
button to enter the Night mode or Day mode.
2.
Pressing the right button again, the mode enter to the Auto
mode.
When set to Auto, the Day/Night function is activated
automatically according to the luminance level of video signal.
If the background has normal illumination, the Day/Night
function does not activate even if Day/Night mode is set to
Auto.
If the background is dark, the Day/Night function enters Night
mode automatically if the mode is set to Auto.
B/W video signal is output when Day/Night mode is set to Night
