Problem The display is off No sound The sound has interference No photo is displayed on the LCD The remote control does not work Solution Make sure that the AC power adapter is connected to radio and that the AC power adapter is plugged into an AC power outlet. Increase the volume. Make sure that the radio is on and tuned to a radio station. Make sure that the radio is not too close to a TV or other appliance. Make sure that photo mode is on and that a compatible memory card or USB Device with jpeg photos is connected. Make sure the remote control battery is fresh. Make sure the distance between the remote control and the radio is less than approximately 9 ft. (3 m). Make sure the remote control can "see" the remote sensor on the clock radio.
