Create and Enable Custom Profile Settings You can create custom profile settings to ensure optimal performance of the CV61 in specific scenarios. Once you create a custom profile setting, enable it with Intermec Settings. Note: For more information on how to create your own custom profiles, go to the Intermec Developer Center website at www.intermec.com/developer/resources/CustomProfiles.aspx 1 Make sure you have created a custom profile for your computer. 2 Tap Start > All Programs > Intermec > Profile Settings. 3 Select the profile you want to enable. About Network Communications You can easily add the computer to your wireless or wired data collection network. You can connect your computer using: • 802.11a/b/g/n radio communications. • Bluetooth communications. • USB and serial communications. Configure 802.11a/b/g/n (Wi-Fi) Radio Communications Make sure all components with antennas are at least 30 cm (1 ft) apart when power is applied. Failure to comply could result in equipment damage. The computer contains an 802.11 radio to transfer data using wireless communications and to support the TCP/IP network protocols. Create and Enable Custom Profile Settings
You can create custom profile settings to ensure optimal performance
of the CV61 in specific scenarios. Once you create a custom profile
setting, enable it with Intermec Settings.

Make sure you have created a custom profile for your computer.

Start > All Programs > Intermec > Profile Settings

Select the profile you want to enable.
About Network Communications
