8 TROUBLESHOOTING SYMPTOM Battery indicator flashes the charge level is low - immediately after recharge. Battery indicator flashes the charge level is low - too soon after being recharged. PROBABLE CAUSE Battery failure. Malfunctioning battery charger. Electrical malfunction. Batteries not charged. Weak batteries. Motor "chatters" or runs irregular. Joystick erratic or does not respond as desired. Motor/gearbox malfunction. Damaged motor coupling. Electrical malfunction. Wheelchair does not respond to commands. Controller programmed improperly. Electrical malfunction. SOLUTIONS Check batteries for shorted cell. Replace if necessary. Contact Dealer/Invacare for Service. Contact Dealer/Invacare for Service. Have charger checked.
