"Chan Unavailable" appears on the screen for about 2 seconds, then returns to the previous channel. "Ch Unsubscribed" appears on the screen. "Subscription Updated" appears on the screen. "Channel Locked" appears on the screen. Remedy/Cause Make sure the SiriusXM radio antenna is mounted outside the vehicle. Move vehicle to an area with a clear view of the sky. • Check the SiriusXM radio antenna connection and make sure it is firmly attached to the tuner. • Check the SiriusXM radio antenna cable to see whether it is bent or broken. If the antenna cable is damaged, replace it. The communication is disconnected or an error occurs. Wait for a while. Selected channel is no longer available or is unauthorized. Select another channel or continue listening to the previous channel. Selected channel is not part of your current subscription plan. Call 1-866-635-2349 to subscribe. Your subscription is updated.
