BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE Check the following list to be sure a service call is really necessary. A quick reference to this manual may help you avoid an unneeded service call. THE AIR CONDITIONER ;heck if... WILL NOT OPERATE. Then... Wall plug disconnected. House fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped. Power is OFF. Unit wasturned off and then on too quickly. TEMP Control set warmer than roomtemperature. The current interrupter device is triped Pushplug firmly into wall outlet. Replacefuse withtime delay type or reset circuit breaker. Pushthe power button. Set unit off and wait 3 minutes before restarting. Set TEMP Control to lower temperature. Press the RESET button located on the power cord plug If the RESET button will not stay engaged, discontinue use of the air conditioner and contact a qualified service technician. AIR FROM UNIT DOES NOT FEEL COLD ENOUGH. Check if,,, Then,,, FAN SPEED set at LOW. TEMP Control set too warm. Room temperature below 70 F (21 C).
