7.1 Utility settings 7 In addition to No.1 to No.5, the following items can be configured if FAX Kit FK-510 is installed on this machine. Press the Utility key, and configure the following settings as necessary. Settings [MACHINE SETTING] [ADMIN. MANAGEMENT] [BUZZER VOLUME] [DISABLE/ ENABLE] [CONFIRMATION] [COMPLETE] [PREPARATION] [CAUTION] [INITIAL MODE] [REMOTE MONITOR] [E-MAIL SETTING 1] [E-MAIL MODE] [E-MAIL SETTING 2] [AUTO RECEPTION] [REPLY ADDRESS] [HEADER PRINT] Contents Specify whether to sound the machine status notification buzzer. Specify the volume of the operation confirmation sound such as the input confirmation sound, invalid input sound, or basic sound. Specify the volume of the successful completion sound such as the print operation completion sound or fax communication completion sound. Specify the volume of the completed preparation sound. Specify the volume of the caution sound such as the simple caution sound levels 1 to 3, or a severe caution sound. Select the initial mode. Select [COPY] or [FAX]. Configure the settings to remotely access this machine. Specify the maximum transmission size, maximum transmission resolution, and compression coding method when transmitting an Internet fax. Select [ADVANCED] in the [E-MAIL MODE] screen, and configure each setting. Configure the setting to automatically receive an Internet fax. Specify an address to send a receiving result report to when a receiving error occurs. Configure the setting to send a fax with a header.
