3.13 Collectively sending multiple originals at the specified time (Batch transmission) 3 3.13 Collectively sending multiple originals at the specified time (Batch transmission) The batch transmission function collectively sends multiple originals stored in the memory at the specified time. In advance, register the batch transmission setting (transmission time) in a One-Touch Dial Key in the Utility screen. d Reference For details on how to register the batch transmission setting in a One-Touch Dial Key, refer to page 7-5. 1 Load the original. % For details on how to load the original, refer to page 3-4. 2 When necessary, specify a desired option for [QUALITY]. % For details on [QUALITY], refer to page 3-6. 3 Press a One-Touch Dial Key in which the batch transmission setting is registered. 4 Press the Start key. This automatically starts scanning, and sends data at the specified time. Tips - To cancel a reservation of the batch transmission, press the Function key, and select [CANCEL RE- SERV.] to cancel the reservation for each transmission job.
