Setting access restrictions In Message Board, you can set access restrictions based on the MAC addresses or IP addresses that send access requests from an external network. NOTE • You can restrict 50 MAC addresses and 50 IP addresses. • Access cannot be restricted for requests from a network in another segment because MAC addresses are not retained. 1 Click [Admin Login] in Message Board, and log in (page 1-7). This function may also be available on Guest and User login screen, depending on user policy settings. 2 Click [Machine Mgmt. Settings], and then [Secure Settings]. 3 Click "Network Filtering". 4 Set the detailed information. Setting MAC Address Filtering Setting*1 Description Settings Check "Available setting" to enable this setting, and select the basic policy for the access restrictions.
