2.2 Replacing consumables 2 7 Hold a new Toner Cartridge upside down in your hands, then shake it several times in each of the ver- tical, horizontal, and longitudinal directions. 8 Remove the seal of the protection film of the Toner Cartridge. 9 Check that the color of the Toner Cartridge matches that of the insertion slot in the main unit, then push the Toner Cartridge to the back. CAUTION Do not touch the copper terminal of the Toner Cartridge. Doing so may cause static electricity to damage the product. [Maintenance/Troubleshooting] 2-6
