Reports and Lists 11 11.13 Bulletin board transmission report (Polling TX Report) Bulletin board reception result report (Polling TX Report) is printed automatically when an original registered on the bulletin board is transmitted through polling. ON/OFF can be set in [Bulletin TX Report] of the Utility mode. Destination: Any of the following is described. - Destination name when destination name is registered in Address Book. - Recipient's telephone number Start Time: Describes the start time of the communication. Time: Describes the time required for communication. Prints: Describes the number of sheets sent. Result: OK: S-OK: PW-OFF: TEL: NG: Cont: No Ans: Busy: M-Full: C550 Described when communication is terminated normally. Described when communication has stopped. Described when operation power switch was turned OFF during communication. Described when there is telephone call. Described when there is communication error. Described when there is a transmission error and that there is transition to resend wait mode (Error page redial). Described when there is no response from the recipient. Described when communication is not possible as the recipient's line is busy. Described when it is not possible to receive a fax when the fax file memory becomes full during reception. 11-30
