Other Features of this Fax Important! • It is possible to dial a fax or telephone number or view the Communication Result Display, as well as print out the Activity Report, without entering an ID-code. • If Restricted Access is turned ON, only those sets of documents entered using the same ID-code will be pooled together under the Batch Transmission function. Any documents that were entered using different ID-codes will be sent during different transmissions. (See Sending Multiple Sets of Documents in One Batch (Batch Transmission function) on page 1-20.) • If Restricted Access Report print out is turned ON, a Restricted Access Report will be automatically printed out upon reaching 50 individual transactions. This report may, however, be automatically printed out even before 50 transactions are reaching depending upon the number of ID-codes registered in the fax. (See Turning Print Out of Each Report ON/OFF ("Print Report" setting) on page 7-1.) • Ordinarily, the registered self-station name will be displayed as part of the TTI, but, if Restricted Access is turned ON and the transmission is initiated by entering an ID-code, the department name corresponding to that ID-code will be displayed. If you attempt a transmission by entering the administrator password under Restircted Acces, however, it will still be the registered self-station name that is displayed.
