Quick Access to Convenient Features Quick Access to Convenient Features Mute Function The Mute Function can be used during a phone call. To quickly activate Mute press Left Soft Key Mute. To cancel, press Left Soft Key Unmute. Quick Volume Adjustments Use the side keys to adjust the Master volume, while in standby mode, and the earpiece volume during a phone call. The upper key increases the volume and the lower key decreases the volume. Note Keypad Volume is adjusted through the Sound Volume menu: Menu -> Settings -> Sound -> Volume -> Keypad -> Use to adjust volume and press . 28 Call Waiting Your cellular service may offer call waiting. While a call is in progress, a beep indicates another incoming call. When call waiting is enabled, you may put the active call on hold while you answer the other incoming call. Caller ID Caller ID displays the phone number or name of the incoming call. If the caller's identity is stored in Contacts, the name will appear along with the phone number.
