Follow the instructions on the screen. After the installation is finished, restart the system. Installing the Display Driver for Windows 98 To install the ThinkPad display driver for Windows 98: 1 Start Windows 98. 2 Click on Start. 3 Move the cursor to Settings; then click on Control Panel. 4 Double-click on Display; then click on the Settings tab. 5 Click on the Advanced... button. 6 Click on the Adapter tab. 7 Click on the Change... button. The "Update Device Driver Wizard" runs. 8 Click on Next. 9 Select "Search for a better driver than the one your device is using now. (Recommended)" by clicking on it.
