Troubleshooting Symptom Uneven print density ABCDE ABCDE ABCDE Cause Solution • The print cartridges are defective. • The transfer roller is worn or defective. • The image transfer unit is worn or defective. • Replace the print cartridges. • Replace the transfer roller. • Replace the image transfer unit.
