4227-300 4. To remove the Paper Empty sensor: a. Release the four latches (2) and remove the Paper Empty sensor. b. Carefully grasp the Paper Empty flag with a pair of needle nose pliers and remove the flag by pulling it vertically away from the paper guide. Do not damage or lose the Paper Empty sensor spring. 5. Unsnap the TOF sensor from the back of the paper guide using a screwdriver as illustrated (3). Repair information 4-23

To remove the Paper Empty sensor:
a.

sensor.

Carefully grasp the Paper Empty flag with a pair of needle
nose pliers and remove the flag by pulling it vertically away

5.
Unsnap the TOF sensor from the back of the paper guide using
a screwdriver as illustrated (3).
