Fle×ible venting materials are known to collapse, be easily crushed, and trap lint. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS Tools and Parts Gather the required tools and parts before starting installation. Read and follow the instructions provided with any tools listed here. • Flat-blade screwdriver • #2 Phillips screwdriver • Adjustable wrench that opens to 1" (25 mm) or hex-head socket wrench (for adjusting dryer feet) • Level • Caulking gun and compound (for installing new exhaust vent) • Tin snips (new vent installations) • 1¼,n, ut driver (recommended) • Wire stripper (direct wire installations) • Tape measure • Pliers • Vent clamps Parts supplied Non-Steam Models Steam Models A B C D E A.
