Change SIM PIN To change your SIM PIN, touch Menu > Settings > Location & security > Set up SIM card lock > Change SIM PIN. PUK code To unlock your SIM PIN, you need to enter your PIN unlock code (PUK code) when prompted. Note: Your PUK code is provided by your service provider. Reset To reset your phone to factory settings and erase all the data on your phone, touch Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset > Reset Phone. Warning: All downloaded apps and user data on your phone will be deleted. Data on your memory card will not be deleted.
