User Manual NAVIGON Mobile Navigator Setting Show Speed Limits Meaning and possible values Select if or how you want highway speed limits displayed. Yes: Speed limits will be shown. Only if exceeding: Speed limits will only be shown if they are exceeded. No: Speed limits will not be shown. The factory default is Yes. Note: This display depends on the information being available in the map material that is currently being used. This is not always the case on all streets. Attention! The information in the map material could be incorrect on account of sudden changes (construction sites etc.)! The traffic situation and the signposts on site have priority over the information given by the navigation system. Warnings Within Urban Areas Warnings Outside Urban Areas Warn Against Certain Speed Limits Menu Animation Distance Unit Time Format Coordinate Format Determine the excess speed at which you would like to be warned in populated areas. The factory default is 5 mph too fast. Determine the excess speed at which you would like to be warned outside populated areas. The factory default is 10 mph too fast. Determine whether you should (Yes) or shouldn't (No) be warned of speed restrictions that apply in special circumstances (rain, snow, certain times of day, etc.). The factory default is Yes. Determine whether opening and closing menus should (Yes) or shouldn't (No) be animated. The factory default is Yes. Determine whether distances should be shown Kilometers or in Miles. The factory defaults depend on the language in which you are operating the software. Determine whether times should be shown in 12h (am/pm) or in 24h format.
