15. T ighten a #8 x 1" Screw (123) with a Handrail Plate (122) and a #10 Washer (121) into the Left 15 Outside Upright Cover (87) and into the bottom of the left handrail assembly (D). Be sure to orient the Plate as shown. Make sure not to overtighten the Screws. Press the Left Inside Upright Cover (88) against the Left Outside Upright Cover (87) until they snap together. Then, tighten a #8 x 3/4" Screw (2) into the Upright Cover. Make sure not to overtighten the Screw. Repeat the steps above on the other side of the treadmill with the Right Inside Upright Cover (95) and the Right Outside Upright Cover (96). 96 D 2 2 88 87 122 121 123 121 95 122 123 16. Firmly tighten the four 3/8" x 2 3/4" Screws (7). Then, tighten the four 3/8" x 1 1/4" 16 Screws (8) (only one side is shown). Press the Left Base Cover (82) and the Right 83 Base Cover (83) onto the Base (94) until they snap into place. 82 7 8 94 14

Tighten a #8 x 1" Screw (123) with a Handrail
Plate (122) and a #10 Washer (121) into the Left
Outside Upright Cover (87) and into the bottom
of the left handrail assembly (D).
Be sure to
orient the Plate as shown. Make sure not to
overtighten the Screws.
Press the Left Inside Upright Cover (88) against
the Left Outside Upright Cover (87) until they
snap together. Then, tighten a #8 x 3/4" Screw
(2) into the Upright Cover.
Make sure not to
overtighten the Screw.
Repeat the steps above on the other side of
the treadmill with the Right Inside Upright
Cover (95) and the Right Outside Upright
Cover (96).

Firmly tighten the four 3/8" x 2 3/4" Screws
(7). Then, tighten the four 3/8" x 1 1/4"
Screws (8) (only one side is shown).
Press the Left Base Cover (82) and the Right
Base Cover (83) onto the Base (94) until they
snap into place.
