Wireless Connection Problems ᮣ Basic: The wireless connection cannot be made: sometimes it communicates and sometimes it does not. The communication speed is extremely slow. Possible Cause Suggested Solution(s) The access point/wireless computer power is off. Make sure the power for the access point/ wireless computer is on. (Excluding when roaming) • Check the setting of the access points installed in the vicinity. • Check for hidden access points that the administrator is unaware of, and access points on adjacent floors/ buildings. • Try changing the setting of the ptinter and access point, so that it uses another SSID. 8 Wireless Connection Problems
