zz vc xc x Superimposing One Picture on Top of Another (Multiple Exposure Mode) You can superimpose a new image on top of an image already recorded. When images have been recorded z Press in Capture mode to switch to Multiple Exposure 100-0038 Taking Pictures mode. Choose Base Image The screen for selecting the base image will be displayed. x Use the four-way controller ( ) MENU Exit OK Ok to choose the base image and press the OK button. The selected image will appear in transparent form on the LCD monitor. c Aim the camera at your subject 198 and choose the exposure method with the four-way controller ( ). Priority is given to the brighter image. 1/250 02/20/2003 Priority is given to the darker F2.8 11:19 image. Exposure method The average exposure is obtained. v Press the shutter release button. The Instant Review screen will be displayed and you will be asked whether you want to continue shooting. If you select [Continue] and press the OK button, the picture you have just created will be played back enabling you to add another image. The combined picture will be saved as 82 a new file.

You can superimpose a new image on top of an image already
recorded.
When images have been recorded

Press
in Capture mode to
switch to Multiple Exposure
mode.
The screen for selecting the base
image will be displayed.

Use the four-way controller (

press the OK button.
The selected image will appear in
