The needle must be at its highest position. • Remove the detachable work support (13). Loosen the two screws with the screwdriver and lift the needle plate (14). • Clean the feed dog (22) with the brush. Changing the sewing lamp. Switch off the master switch (12). • Remove the detachable work support (13). The sewing lamp (bulb) is located inside the needle head of the machine. Turn the bulb half a rotation counter clock-wise and remove the bulb. Insert the bulb in the reverse order. Important! The maximum permissible wattage of the bulb is 15 watts. 63

Removing the needle plate
Raise the presser foot holder (26) and
remove the presser foot. The needle must
be at its highest position.
• Remove the detachable work support
(13). Loosen the two screws with the
screwdriver and lift the needle plate
(14).
• Clean the feed dog (22) with the brush.
Changing the sewing lamp.
Switch off the master switch (12).
• Remove the detachable work support
(13). The sewing lamp (bulb) is located
inside the needle head of the machine.
Turn the bulb half a rotation counter
clock-wise and remove the bulb. Insert

Important!
