CONSOLE DIAGRAM Key Clip FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE This revolutionary treadmill console offers a selection of features designed to make your workouts more effective and enjoyable. When you use the manual mode of the console, you can change the speed and incline of the treadmill with the touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will display continuous exercise feedback. You can even measure your heart rate using the handgrip pulse sensor or the chest pulse sensor (see page 12 for more information on the chest pulse sensor. sonal trainer workout, see page 17. You can even compete against animated runners using the iFIT Competition Training Center. Note: The console can display speed and distance in either kilometers or miles. FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE
This revolutionary treadmill console offers a selection
of features designed to make your workouts more ef-
fective and enjoyable. When you use the manual mode
of the console, you can change the speed and incline
of the treadmill with the touch of a button. As you exer-
cise, the console will display continuous exercise feed-
