6. Identify the Left and Right Base Covers (87, 88). 6 Slide the Left and Right Base Covers onto the Left and Right Uprights (79, 80) as shown. 79 87 80 88 7. Slide the Left Upright Cover (74) onto the Left Upright (79). Remove the tie from the bracket on the Left Handrail (76). If necessary, press the 5/16" Cage Nuts (29) back into place. Hold the Left Handrail (76) near the Left Upright (79). Insert the Upright Wire (81) through the bracket on the bottom of the Left Handrail. Pull the Upright Wire out of the end of the Left Handrail. Attach the Left Handrail (76) to the Left Upright (79) with two 5/16" x 1" Flat Head Screws (4) and a 5/16" x 1" Bolt (5) with a 5/16" Star Washer (10); do not tighten the Screws and the Bolt yet.
