15. Raise the Frame (104) to the position shown. Have a second person hold the Frame until 15 this step is completed. Orient the Storage Latch (51) so that the large barrel and the latch knob are oriented as shown. Remove any ties from the end of the Storage Latch (51). Attach the lower end of the Storage Latch to the Base (86) with a 3/8" x 2" Bolt (2) and a 3/8" Nut (13). Attach the upper end of the Storage Latch (51) to the Frame (104) with a 3/8" x 2" Bolt (2) and a 3/8" Nut (13). 104 13 2 51 Latch Knob Large Barrel 86 13 2 16. Attach the Wheels (84) to the Base (86) with two 3/8" x 2 1/2" Bolts (7) and two 3/8" Nuts (13). Do not overtighten the Nuts; the Wheels must turn freely. See HOW TO FOLD AND MOVE THE TREADMILL on page 26. Lower the Frame (104) to the floor. Slide the Left and Right Base Covers (87, 88) down onto the Base (86). 16 104 87 7 13 84 86 13 84 88 7 17. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the treadmill. If there are sheets of plastic on the treadmill decals, remove the plastic. To protect the oor or carpet, place a mat under the treadmill. Note: Extra parts may be included. Keep the included hex key in a secure place; the hex key is used to adjust the walking belt (see pages 28 and 29). 16
