Phone Book: Used to create and edit the fax phone book which includes 200 individual phone numbers and 20 groups. Single Dial Item Program Change Delete Group Dial Item Program Change Delete Description Enter a new name and phone number. Up to 200 phone numbers can be entered. Change a current phone number. Select a phone number you wish to change and then touch the Change button. Delete a current phone number. Select a phone number you wish to delete and then touch the Delete button.
