Paper jam in tray 3, 4 Click this link to open an animation about clearing a jam. 1. Open the right bottom door of the dual cassette feeder. 3. Pull out tray 3 or 4. 2. Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight out. 4. Remove the jammed paper from the machine. Close the dual cassette feeder right bottom door. If you do not see paper in this area, go to the next step. 5. Insert tray 3 or 4 back into the machine until it locks into place. Printing automatically resumes. Troubleshooting_ 138
