Generic term for applications such as Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and so on. POP3 Post Office Protocol 3 is a standard client/server protocol for receiving e-mail. The e-mail is received and held for you by your POP server. Periodically, the P900 Messages application can check your mail-box on the server and download any mail. Protocol In information technology, a protocol is the special set of rules that end points in a telecommunication connection use when they communicate.
